CD Review // WILT "Crypt Gloom" (NO PART OF IT)

https://nopartofit.bandcamp.com/album/crypt-gloom

This CD starts with spatial ambient tones.  Doors slamming are the type of sounds we're into now.  It's minimal, hollow and haunted.  Big bass strings are plucked and reverb comes in on the second song.   It's dark and echoing, slow and plodding.

Haunted, slipping distortion gives off Friday the 13th type vibes now.   Bees come in as well.  There is a ringing echo on the fourth track and then haunted footsteps on the next one.   Into a hollow void on the sixth song and by "Ash Stained Lamps" we go into this quiet river sound.  It all ends with the dragging of metal, like a shovel across a driveway.
