CD Review // Underwear "Blues in a Room: A show for Seven"

I love that this show was at Stella Blues and I just wish I was there.  Computer error message type sounds come through with soulful singing.   On the second song, slip synths come out as it is revealed that we need $38/second to survive.   I think that we really, as a country, need to re-evaluate the national minimum wage.  

Acoustics and maybe a flute come out on this CD.  While the songs tell stories, there are also stories being told in between songs.  Stories about 1987 and locking yourself in a closet.   This all concludes with a wonderful song that has really nice keys and a little bit of video game tones.  A live slice of Underwear.   Catch it like lightning in a bottle.
