The sound of Bill Greenberg is one of his voice with the delicate plucking of guitar strings.  Though this song only really has a few elements of Bob Dylan in it, I do enjoy that this has that same vibe as a peaceful protest song.  It truly feels like since Rage Against The Machine and System of a Down stopped playing together music in a political way took a dive.

Without really turning this into a political review either, it's difficult to see what is happening in the Ukraine and not think about it in some way.   I know it is more of a direct problem to them, to their people, but it is something happening where in a global sense we can view it and have our opinions.

But for the most part, you should be on the same side as this song and as Bill Greenberg and just hope for peace to come there.   As the music itself has a harmonica in it as well, this just feels like a peaceful protest song of the 1960's or 1970's and the fact that it's all these years later and we're still having to push for peace... it just seems like we would've learned by now.

Play this song loud.  Start a conversation.  Donate to help those in need.  Do what you can to help stop what is going on in the Ukraine and even more so to stop it from happening again in the future.   They say those who don't learn from history are doomed to repeat it and I fear too many have not learned quite enough.
